Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") outline the terms under which Security System Solutions ("Installer") agrees to provide installation services to the residential property owner ("Client"). The Installer will install security cameras at the Client's property as specified in the project proposal and/or work order, and will configure and test the cameras to ensure proper functioning. The Client agrees to provide access to the property as needed for installation and maintenance. Ownership of the security cameras will remain with the Client, and the Client grants the Installer access to the property for the agreed services. The Client agrees to pay the installation fee as outlined in the project proposal, with payment due in full upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Installer warrants that installation will be performed in a workmanlike manner and according to industry standards, providing a warranty that covers defects in workmanship. However, the warranty does not cover products not purchased through Security System Solutions. The Client is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the security cameras after installation, unless a separate maintenance agreement is in place. The Client acknowledges that the security cameras may capture personal information and is responsible for compliance with all applicable privacy laws. Security System Solutions will not access or use footage captured by the cameras unless necessary for installation, maintenance, or as required by law. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term. Security System Solutions' liability for damages related to the installation is limited to the total installation fee paid, and the Installer is not liable for damages or losses due to camera failure or improper use. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements. By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
